Action Project Suggestion Form
Use the link above to access the Action Project Suggestion Form. Fill out each of the fields with the required information, save the completed form to your H:\ drive or home computer, and email your completed form to Kathleen Plinske.
Action Project Suggestion Process
- Two times a year an email is sent to the College community inviting them to submit Action Project Suggestions and providing directions for the process.
- The Action Project Suggestion form is available on the web year around.
- Those with ideas contact a Steering Committee member to consult about the project idea and review the data.
- With a Steering Committee member’s support the Action Project Suggestion form is completed, reviewed, and submitted to Kathleen Plinske, Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness.
- The forms are compiled and sent to the Steering Committee members for their review in the Action Project Selection Process.
- The Steering Committee member supportive of the Action Project provides feedback to the submitter(s) on results of the meeting where Action Teams are selected.
