Continuous Improvement at MCC

At McHenry County College we embrace Continuous Improvement (CI). The image above depicts our CI Action Projects and relationships (the 3 legs of the telescope) with the Illinois Commitment, the College's Strategic Plan and the AQIP Categories. CI Action Projects focus on the 4 areas (constellations) identified as a result of Vital Focus and Conversation Day. CI Action Projects (stars) are noted and AQIP Action Projects (bright stars and the moon) are highlighted (thru the lens of the AQIP Annual Reporting Update telescope). While the AQIP Action Projects are being reported to AQIP the College is committed to all CI Action Projects and puts a high priority on employee involvement in all identified projects.
